Discover the Summer Delights at CLP Pulse

CLP Pulse organised our first summer campaign in July 2024, inviting visitors to explore the summer delights at CLP clock tower.  Through various themed workshops, participants unleashed their creativity, practised upcycling and learned about the importance of a sustainable future.  When the harp music echoed inside the clock tower building, all participants were immersed in the historical and cultural vibe, refreshing their minds amidst their busy lives.  Adorned with yarnbombing decorations, the main entrance of CLP Pulse became a popular check-in spot, showcasing the perfect integration of historical architecture and street art, leaving us with many joyful memories!

Harp Mini Concert

Harp Mini Concert

A certified therapeutic harp practitioner performed comforting harp music at this Grade 1 historic building. The audience took a journey through music, history, culture and the future to relax their soul in their busy lives and experienced the fun of playing the harp on the spot.

Beeswax Wrap Workshop

Beeswax Wrap Workshop

In the beeswax wrap workshop, participants learnt the function, production, usage and maintenance of beeswax wrap. They made a beeswax wrap with their old cloth to replace the disposable plastic wrap and contribute to carbon reduction.

Miniature Workshop

Miniature Workshop

Miniature artist On Tai taught participants to create a beautiful Christmas handcraft to decorate their homes at Christmas time. Participants unleashed their creativity by integrating mini Christmas cards, gifts and ornaments against the backdrop of CLP clock tower. Despite the small size of the decorations, they carried numerous festive joys and told stories of the fascinating past.

Ho Man Tin Heritage Walk

Ho Man Tin Heritage Walk

CLP clock tower has been standing in Ho Man Tin for over 80 years, witnessing the changes in the community and embracing rich heritage that you may not know much. Starting from CLP Pulse, the docents led the participants to walk around Ho Man Tin while telling the interesting history of the district!

Sustainable Future Workshop

Sustainable Future Workshop

The Sustainable Future Workshop uses building bricks as a tool to foster a relaxed and open discussion vibe. Guided by the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators, participants will unleash their creativity to create their unique models from which they can understand the relationship between electricity and sustainable development through play and storytelling.
